This Cream is inspired by a childhood memory, a typically Tunisian sweet recipe based on Sorghum, which is one of the oldest cereals.
Consumed at breakfast, this Cream (droô in dialect) is almost "institutional".
Satiating and digestible, sorghum is naturally gluten-free, it is ideal for children and athletes because it is very nourishing and rich in protein.
Ingredients: 50% sorghum, 20% almond, 10% Mejdoul dates, 10% smoked sesame, 10% organic ginger

1 tablespoon Cream of Sorghum
1/2 liter of water
In a saucepan pour water, add the spoon of sorghum and mix cold.
Over medium heat, stir with a wooden spatula until desired consistency is reached.
Leave to cool, serve in a bowl and garnish with sesame and dried fruit.
