Libanum - Rose pine nut cream

This Cream is a hymn in Lebanon to its sweetness, its joy of life, a hymn to my origins because the Lebanese (Phoenicia) are cousins of the Tunisians. I chose to work with the ATR which in French means perfume.

Gibran Khalil Gibran, Lebanese poet used to say :

The flowers of spring are the dreams of winter, told in the morning, at angels' table.

Ingredients:

• Pine nuts (Organic)
• Rose and Geranium Atr (coconut sugar, rosebuds and geranium petals)
• Organic lemon

Allergens present or in traces: nuts, sesame, peanuts, walnuts. 

Recipe ideas :

1. When I came up with the idea of working with this Cream, I thought it would be great with strawberry salad or strawberry puree or even a smoothie but also with yoghurt ice cream. It inspires me a lot of freshness (I tried it on a piece of financier and I thought it was great).
2. A pie with mascarpone mixed with 3 big spoons of Libanum, whole roasted pine nuts, fresh pomegranate.
