- Oat milk Pitaya banana: mix in a blender water, 2 tbsp of oats, 1 tsp of Pitaya and a whole banana.
- Exotic spring rolls: prepare a filling with yoghurt or crème fraîche, a teaspoon of Pitaya, fruit of your choice cut into small cubes. Place this mixture on your pastry sheet which you will roll up then brush with coconut butter. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven (170 °)
