"This cream is a gourmet souvenir of my vacation in Lecce, Italy last summer. My first coffee in this city was a real favorite. Composed of espresso, bitter almond syrup and ice cream, it inspired me for this Cream."

Ingredients:

• Roasted almonds and bitter almonds.
• Papua Coffee
• Muscovado
• Jar of 170g

Recipe idea:

1. Mix two teaspoons of Leccese with milk (according to your wishes)
2. Beat fresh cream with two teaspoons of Leccese, set aside in a cool place, then garnish with cabbage or tarts and add a few pieces of pear.
