Besan Ladoo (बेसनलड्डू)

A cream inspired by small Indian sweets prepared for festivals, parties and weddings. Addictive, easy to make and intoxicating: these treats are flavored with Cardamom.

Ingredients:

• Organic roasted chickpeas (30%)
• Sweet almonds 40% (Maison Boudina Paris)
• Wild black cardamom 8%
• Safflower 2%
• Whole almonds and pistachios (Maison Boudina Paris) 10%
• Coconut sugar (10%) and pinch of salt
