Orange tree Flower water

Use

This solar and very fragrant water is used in infusion to soothe tormented nights but also in coffee, with strawberries. A few drops are enough to upset whipped cream or simple financiers.

Ingredients

• Water from orange blossoms (bigaradier) obtained by steam distillation

Conservation

In a cool, dry place away from light and a heat source.
